Jack Harper (Cruise) is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack’s mission is nearly complete.

Ever since I saw the groundbreaking visual aesthetic Joseph Kosinski brought to TRON: Legacy, I immediately became a fan of his work. After hearing this week that a third TRON film is in the works with Kosinsky once again behind the lens, last night I sat and watched TRON Legacy again. I'm a big fan of sci-fi, and anyone who is willing to bring a different point of view to the genre gets a pass in my book. Also I know Tom gets a bad rap because of his ties to Scientology and the cuckoo crazy antics he pulls whenn it comes to the women he marries, but one thing that helps me get past his antics (unlike Mel Gibson) is that he makes good movies. Looking forward to seeing Jack Reacher as well as Oblivion.
