Congratulations are in order for the first black President to be re-elected into the oval office. President Barack Obama, was named as not only Time Magazine's Person of the Year, but the “architect of the new America” by the magazine.
This is also the second time he has made Time's person of the Year. He was chosen back in 2008 when he was elected the first black president of the United States.
