RIHANNA SCRAPS LOUD RE-RELEASE FOR NEW ALBUM

After the success of her fifth album LOUD last year and beyond, Rihanna, who originally planned to re-release LOUD with new tracks has decided to scrap that idea and unleash a brand new album altogether.

The Bajan beauty revealed the news of a sixth album when a fan asked her a question regarding the re-release on Twitter:

"I tht abt a RihRelease, but LOUD is its own body of work! Plus u guys work so F?CKIN hard that u deserve to act brand new!!!"

As for what the theme or the sound of the new album will be, we have no idea since it's been kept under lock and key, but RiRi has been recording the album while on the road and according to Verse Simmonds, who produced Man Down says Rihanna is close to finishing the record and that he's excited about the two tracks they recently did together. If those tracks do make the album, don't expect it to sound anything like "Man Down: "We always try to constantly - as producers, as artists - we try to always come with something different, a whole new sound." It doesn't look like Rihanna, who just got back from a European vacation will be slowing down any time soon. Looking forward to hearing the new music.
