With fame comes the lawsuits. songwriter and producer Rob Fusari, who had a hand in co-writing a bulk of Gaga's debut album including hits 'Paparazzi', 'Beautiful Dirty Rich' and blasted Beyonce for taking credit for 'Bootylicious' has apparently filed a $30 million lawsuit against the pop star saying that he helped develop 'guidette' Stefani Germanotta into the superstar she is today -- and even came up with her world-famous stage name -- but she is now reneging on a business deal that made him 20 percent owner of her company. Fusari's lawyer, Robert Meloni, who filed suit yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court, said: 'He discovered her. It was his songs and productions and connections that got her her first deal.' ... Fusari said he played the Queen song 'Radio Ga Ga' whenever she arrived at his studio, and 'one day when Fusari addressed a cellphone text to Germanotta under the moniker 'Radio Ga Ga' his cellphone's spell check converted 'Radio' to 'Lady.' Germanotta loved it and 'Lady Gaga' was born.'"
Fusari also says he hooked her up with Interscope records where she met Vincent Herberty, who introduced her to RedOne. Gaga has admitted all Fusari has claimed, saying many times in an interview how she got the name Lady Gaga (which is the same as Fusari has stated in his lawsuit). He also said it was his idea to go into doing dance music because Gaga wanted to do rock. I just hope everything works out for the better because whenever it comes to money and success, everybody wants a piece of the pie. I'm sure some of her music teachers in school will claim they had a hand in launching her career as well and they'll want some money. Just work it out Gaga. i'm sure she's writing a song about this as we speak.
