OUT RELEASES IT'S ANNUAL POWER 50 ISSUE

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Out magazine has released their annual "Power 50" issue which includes the most "Influential Gay Men & Women in America", Here are the following people who made the list.

#1 Ellen DeGeneres, talk show titan
#13 Jodie Foster, closeted lesbian and actress
#16 Perez, your Queen of All Media
#19 Greg Berlanti, Brothers & Sisters creator
#24 Suze Orman, recently out financial guru and TV personality
#25 Tom Ford, fashion maven
#31 Rosie O'Donnell, blogger

Where are the black folks on this list? No Queen Latifah?? no Maurice Jamal or even Patrik Ian Polk??? We definitely need more people of color to represent!

I hope to the man upstairs (because he loves us all, despite what those hatefull bible thumping whoremongers may say) that I make this list in the future. And if any young kids are reading this - gay or not, those that are different, those that aren't stick-thin, those that aren't conventionally "beautiful"…

To them, we say: be yourselves! Be yourself and be brilliant! You can be successful just as you are!
